Dear and respected Rao Saheb,
Entire journalist-community is ashamed of your panegyric speech in the concluding session of the IFWJ meeting at Mathura in the afternoon of 30.11.2015.The only saving grace was that it did not get any coverage in the media as the meeting was attended mostly by non media persons.Your flattering of Shiv Pal Singh Yadav touched the lowest point, which can never be expected from a person, who has held the post of the IFWJ President for Nearly 32 years. You did not utter even a single word about the difficulties and the problems being faced by the media persons. You devoted your entire speech in the chaaplooosi of Shri Shiv Pal Singh Yadav. What a shame!
To be fair to Shri Shiv Pal Singh Yadav that he did not go off tangent and spoke only on media and journalists. He also referred to my speech about the Supreme Court case and assured that he would speak to the Law and the Labour Minister and also to the Chief Secretary for expediting the filing of the status report on the implementation of Majethia Award. You wasted most of time in the meeting on playing the gimmick of organising the jamboree to be organised at Bangalore and Coimbatore.
I have already mentioned in my earlier letter that your age and ailment is telling upon your mental and physical faculties and therefore take sanyas from the IFWJ in the interest of the organisation, although that all such appeals will fall on deaf ears. May I tell you that a rumour is afloat at Mathura that Millions of Rs have been extorted with active help of administrative machinery for the conference? Your activities in the past have already brought disrepute to the organisation beyond redemption.
Kindly ensure that at least the camp fee realised at the conference is deposited in the IFWJ accounts,
With regards ,
See below the reply of Shri K Vikram Rao,which exposes his duplicity.
Dear Mr Pandey,
Yesterday (1 December 2015) your private clients (Majithia case) met me in the Federation office premises. They told me two things: they have nothing to do with the IFWJ. Secondly, as a private lawyer you have collected huge amounts as your fees from them. A Trade Union does not charge fees from workers in distress, your desire to make money has ignored this basic Trade union rule. I learnt that the past 20 years you have misused your IFWJ position to solicit cases through IFWJ network in different states. All this information is coming from your disgruntled clients. I asked them to submit to me in writing. You may have to submit 50% of your fees from labour cases.
You may have to explain a lot of serious allegations about Delhi bank accounts, concealment of minutes of our meetings and about deliberate killing of our Delhi unit.
The NRMU has already asked me to tell you to change your address of office from Supreme Court records. Garud Vihar is NRMU property where a fraternal union IFWJ is allowed to function. You cannot use NRMU premises as a private chamber of a commercial lawyer. You must stop it immediately.
I hope you will stop your anti IFWJ activities so that you do not face serious disciplinary action.
And for your information the registration amount of the Mathura conference is with the organising committee.
